It was more than the screams that made Styles' first official tour date as a solo artist feel like he was playing to a football stadium rather than a theater. At 2. 3 years old and with only 1.

Styles has the charm, presence and feistiness of a veteran rocker twice his age, strutting and strumming across the stage with a delicate power that makes him seem as accessible as he is otherworldly. From "New York" on, he displayed his most tender, rootsy side, performing more album ballad cuts like "Two Ghosts" and "Sweet Creature" – the latter met with a sea of fan- made pink hearts that were held up throughout the song. Much earlier than anticipated, Styles reminded everyone exactly where he came from, offering a tender take on the anthemic One Direction fan favorite "Stockholm Syndrome."Following "Sweet Creature," Styles disposed of his floral jacket – part of a matching, two- piece floral suit – and launched into Act II: raucous rocker. A Jagger- ian strut propelled his body across the stage during "Only Angel," and he gyrated to the sexy "Woman." During that same track, a fan threw a rainbow flag on stage, and in direct opposition to the song's heteronormative storyline, he subversively twirled around with it before attaching it to his microphone where it remained for the rest of the main set. By this point, Styles had completely loosened up, shedding the semi- serious (possibly even nervous) mode of his set's first half. He began to perform a few covers, a twist that was as crowd- pleasing as it was brilliant. He first tackled "Just a Little Bit of Your Heart," a piano ballad he co- wrote that Ariana Grande sung on her 2.

It was here that he unveiled his third act and his final persona: the subtle superstar.

The show's final 1. From the Dining Table," a gorgeous, simple guitar tune featured only Styles and primary collaborator Mitch Rowland on guitar. Next, he launched into an incredible take on Fleetwood Mac's "The Chain" as he celebrated and highlighted the talented quartet of musicians he culled together for his touring band. He could've ended the show with the classic cover and it would've felt completely natural, charming and on- brand, but of course he had an appropriately epic goodbye up his sleeve with "Sign of the Times," the single that officially launched his solo career. Styles' live version of the anthemic, Queen- inspired, nearly six- minute opus was stirring and triumphant as bright lights bathed him and his fans.

The singer looked positively radiant as he shared in this moment, one that rightfully belonged to him, with every person in the room, whether physically present or being Face. Timed, Periscoped or live- texted in."You are the best friends any person could ever ask for," he offered sincerely, much earlier in the night. Blurring the lines of fans and friends is not typical rock star behavior, but then again, Harry Styles isn't shaping up to be your typical rock star. Bright Official Trailer Screen Rant. The first full trailer for the fantasy/cop- adventure film, Bright, has just been released online. Helmed by director David Ayer and based on a script written by Max Landis (which Ayer eventually rewrote), the movie has been described as “a contemporary cop thriller, but with fantastical elements” – an interesting marriage of film tropes and genres  Financially backed up by Netflix, the project has a designated budget of $9. Originals. Right now, it is scheduled for an in- platform release later this year, but the streaming service giant is supposedly open to also rolling it out in theaters. Together, the two go on a wild ride to retrieve a mysterious ancient relic which apparently is wanted by almost everyone. The fate of the world that they are currently residing  – where both people and mythical creatures (orcs, elves, and trolls) co- exist with each other, all depends on whether they would be able to successfully finish their mission or not. Lucy Fry (Tika),  Andrea Navedo (Captain Perez), Brad William Henke (Dorghu), Alex Meraz (Serafin) and Ike Barinholtz (Gary Harmeyer) join Smith and Edgerton, as well as, Matt Gerald and Enrique Murciano in yet- to- be- revealed roles. The film marks Ayer’s directorial return to the big screen after his outing as the filmmaker behind last year’s Suicide Squad – reuniting him with Smith who also played Deadshot in the DC anti- hero ensemble project.

You can check out the trailer above. The first half of the trailer sets up the diverse world that Scott lives in, including references to creature racism and stereotypes.

But he gets a front seat view to just show how bad the situation can be when he is paired with orc Nick. Ward tries to keep his new teammate at arm’s length and their relationship purely professional but his new partner obviously wants to be a bit friendlier. Their routinary patrols, however, suddenly takes a deadly turn when they come across a magic shining wand, which everyone seems to try to get for their own personal gains.

Ayer is no stranger to cop films, with both End of Watch and Street Kings under his belt, so expectations are obviously high for the big budgeted, fantasy- hued Bright. While his last movie – the DCEU’s Suicide Squad – was not necessarily met with astounding reviews, the politics of doing a bigger, more studio- controlled film, could have also played a part in that particular situation. It’s possible that Netflix, being a starting film company, has given him more creative liberties with Bright. The trailer definitely highlights his signature tone and style. Coming out of the controversial yet critically acclaimed Okja, Netflix is fully committing themselves to delivering original content to their millions of subscribers worldwide. Bright‘s trailer came as part of the ongoing San Diego Comic- Con, showing their majors hopes. We’ll find out how well placed they are when the film arrives on Netflix in December.
